This unique house has never been rented before. The huge living room can accommodate the whole family – or three families. Plenty of seating for everyone. Two master bedrooms--upstairs and downstairs. Every bedroom has a private bath and cable TV.

The Crofter is practically a separate house, called Seaside Cottage. It has two sleeping levels, plus a small refrigerator.

For the kids, a basketball court can be set up in the oversized driveway and there are lots of toys and games to keep them busy.

Most of all, there is the ocean, just steps from the house. Large porches, screened porches and open decks catch the sea breezes from all directions. Another nice feature--the two outside showers. This is truly a remarkable house and a tremendous location.
